A Keyholder is required to take an active role in maximizing sales and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Takes a lead role in providing guidance, training and coaching on company initiatives, sales programs and product knowledge to maximize sales and earnings.
Day to day:
– Partners with management to achieve sales goals and targets.
– Leads, promotes and coaches selling and cultivates an inspired selling culture with associates.
– Maximizes sales opportunities by leveraging the sales capabilities of associates by using current selling techniques.
– Accountable for the prevention and resolution of customer issues by ensuring a high level of customer service is provided by associates.
– Models, promotes and partners with management to hold others accountable for customer service excellence.
– Responsible for executing, communicating and ensuring understanding of promotions and incentive programs.
– Upholds Plenty’s image through maintained regulated policies

– Familiar with the company and product with a willingness to learn.
– Equipped with retail know-how and exceptional problem solving skills.
– 1 year management experience in a retail-oriented environment.
